A few years ago most websites were made in the HTML technology. This means that the content of the website was written in the so-called raw code and introducing any changes required hiring an IT expert.

The technology that dominates today, however, is CMS (content management system). Implementing CMS is more expensive than creating a simple HTML technology website.
